We prefer a face-to-face meeting for the initial consultation after setting up an appointment by telephone. The general rule of our firm is that we do not provide consultation over the telephone or via email. If you live oversea, or if it is difficult for you to come to our office for other reasons, we can discuss and determine the alternative way to provide consultations.

Following the initial consultation, if and when you wish to retain our firm for handling your case, we will exchange a retainer agreement, which will include our responsibilities and the fee arrangement, among other items.
